Buying or selling a house shouldn’t involve carrier pigeons or smoke signals. Most of my clients prefer text or email, and I encourage it in this competitive market. There is no excuse to be beat out on an offer because your realtor is busy golfing and can’t be bothered to return a text. I am that Realtor that checks his phone and texts his client back in the middle of lunch. It might be something I have to look up, but I will look into it. Simply put, without my clients I don’t have a job. I wish more Realtors felt the same.
